Hello, my name is Natasha Rattray I am 52 years old, married with 2 sons and have 3 lovely cats. I am Scottish, traveled all over and lived in New Zealand for 10 year, we moved back to the UK 7 years now and since coming back to the UK I have worked in all various types of care in the care sector.
I am an experienced home carer. I have been providing care for individuals with different needs for the past six years. My primary care types are hourly, sits up to 12 hours and overnight care, and I have experience working with clients who have mild cognitive impairment, are bedbound, have Parkinson's Disease, as well as individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression.
I am a caring and friendly individual who takes great pleasure in assisting others. I believe in helping people lead independent lives, and that is what motivates me to be a carer. I am skilled in a variety of tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship.
In my free time, I enjoy walking, cooking and baking, solving puzzles, taking photographs, and playing board games. I find these activities help me relax, boost my creativity, and keep my mind engaged. Additionally, I am a lover of animals and have no preferences when it comes to pets - whether it be cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, or birds, they are all dear to my heart.
While I do not currently have a car, I am able to drive and rely on public transportation to travel to and from my clients' homes. As a carer, I am committed to delivering high-quality care with a smile, ensuring the utmost comfort and well-being of the individuals I work with.
